With a higher education in Hotel Operations Management (EHL) and the benefit of more than twenty years of solid cross-experience in the hotel and tourism industries, consulting, hospitality professional and academic, I have to heart to bring my advice and my expertise in projects aimed at improving quality. 


Proactive and trustworthy in carrying out my missions, I ensure in particular the continuous improvement of customer experience and the strengthening of team spirit. An hotel approach, customer- and objective-oriented. In the case of carrying out or integrating training, for example, guarantee efficient and open training on innovations allowing the respect of traditions and the reduction of the impact on the environment.
